Nicky graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2007 to practise as a Chartered Physiotherapist.
Since then, she has worked within the NHS in Sussex, in both in-patient and out-patient settings, specialising over the past 4 years in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating a wide range of conditions with a broad spectrum of ages, from young teenagers to the elderly. Nicky has special clinical interest in spinal problems, shoulder issues, post operative rehab and acute sporting injuries.
Along her journey as a Physiotherapist Nicky also qualified as an APPI Pilates instructor and recently as a Sport Massage Therapist.
Nicky is qualified in Western Acupuncture for the treatment of musculoskeletal problems, which she uses on a regular basis for appropriate conditions. Nicky also has experience of hydrotherapy, which is an important element in rehab, when land based exercise is difficult.
On a personal level, Nicky enjoys being active, with a particular love of cross country running, cycling, squash and yoga.
Nicky lives locally with her husband, three children and several pets.
