Ruth graduated from the University of Brighton in 2003 and has worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist in NHS settings across Surrey and Sussex. Since 2008, Ruth has specialised in Women’s & Men’s Health and has led an NHS Pelvic Health Physio team.

Ruth treats a wide scope of pelvic health conditions including antenatal and postnatal musculoskeletal problems, bladder disorders, prolapse, colorectal conditions, and pelvic pain.

With a previous degree in psychology, Ruth believes that treating people holistically is fundamental to their recovery. Ruth continues to work closely with nurses, midwives, and obstetric & gynaecological hospital consultants. She has attended numerous courses, conferences, and study days within the specialist area of pelvic health.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys spending time with her blended family and walking her dog on the Downs.
